How can I control my excessive snacking? :( It's really bad?

If you keep piling up your fridge with these sort of snacks, then you'll keep eating them, simple as that. I used to have a snacking problem, like it felt as though my mouth was so bored when it wasnt eating. Or another way would be keep yourself busy. Like when im on the computer typing something up, both my hands are at work so i cant eat anything. Or buy sugar free gum, since it has like no fat and it keeps your mouth busy.

Have you had a friend who talks about themselves for most of the conversation every single time?

OMG YES!! everyone does this to me. whenever i catch up with a friend they just talk about them, like the whole time. they talk about their jobs, their relationships/sex lives, their family, their feelings etc. thats totally fine, i mean i love listening to people, but when i try talk about me for w little while, it's like they cant handle it, and HAVE to start talking about them again. its frustrating and yes draining is like the pefect word. its happened to me since i was a kid, my best friend did it, and even my teachers! my teacher would just walk over to me and be like "my son is moving out, i have bills to pay, and im stressed" and then im in at lunchtime having to talk to her about it more. same thing happened to my mother, and it used to drive her insane too. theres not much you can do to avoid these people, except perhaps watch out for the early signs when you get to know them. how often they mention themselves etc.

Is my grandmas house haunted?

Whenever im in a room alone i have this SUPER creepy feeling someone is watching me, and i dont get that anywhere else. At night i always hear things moving around and my grandma says its probably just mice (she lives in the country) but i dont think mice could make these noises. One time everyone was in the family room (on one side of the house) and i was cooking in the kitchen, (in the middle) and on the other side are the bedrooms, and i kept hearing doors open and shut and footsteps and i thought my sister was home and just got up but it turned out she wasnt home and nobody was in there. Cold drafts are also common. Is her house haunted?

What to Expect about a baby born at 37 weeks 4 days but measuring smaller?

My dr said that he was going to induce me next thursday (37weeks 4 days) but as of right now the baby is showing that she weighs 4 pounds but the ultrasound tech at the hospital said that her head was really low iin my pelvis and they couldn't get a good measurement of her head so they don't really know if she weighs more then 4 pounds or not and she is also measuring 33 weeks instead of 36 weeks 5 days. I was also wondering if she would maybe have to stay in the NI CU if she did weigh less then 5 pounds. ultrasound tech said she was doing her practice breathing and moving really good. besides me going into preterm labor twice there hasn't been anything wrong with her, she has always been active since ive FIRST felt her move. but with this pregnancy as with my first the further along i am the more it seems that the more they get behind in some measurement. my first started to have inter uterine growth restriction at about 16 weeks and she started showing that she was 2 weeks behind gestational age then it was 3 then it was a month. so far this baby has show to be 2 weeks behind and now she is showing 3 weeks behind. I also got pregnant with this one when i was on birth control which i didn't miss a day of it. but she is now starting to follow the same footsteps as her sister. I also had my first baby at 35 weeks 3 days and so far i have went a week past that but im really nervous about having this baby in the Nicu too. I spent 3 weeks in the NICU with baby number 1 because i lived almost 2 hours away and i couldn't think about if i left it would take me 2 hours to get back to that hospital if there was any kind of emergency.

I need to vent so bad right now. My mother is so freaking psychotic it's not even funny. But then again, she's Asian, so maybe that's what you would expect from these type of parents. But my mother takes the cake; I MEAN SERIOUSLY. So she called me at 5 to tell me to do the laundry, and she was like " If there's some quarters left, dry the non-black clothes. So I was like okay. But then I forget to leave out the black ones from the dryer. I'm sorry. I'll admit I was wrong, but it was an honest mistake; how bad could it be? Does it MATTER that your clothes will be DRY once leaving the wash? Who cares if it's black; I freaking washed and dried it for you. So then, I bring the clothes up, and then my mom starts her psychotic rampage. "THESE CLOTHES ARE TOO HOT, IT'S GOING TO BE WRINKLY! I TOLD YOU NOT THE DRY THESE CLOTHES! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR THIS! IT'S TOO ******* DRY! LIKE TEA LEAVES! OMG LOOK HOW WRINKLY THIS IS" Seriously? What do you expect, mom? when you dry clothes, they get wrinkly. It's always like that. But then, she spends 10 freaking minutes telling me " I TOLD YOU NOT TO DRY THE CLOTHES; YOU NEVER FREAKING LISTEN TO ME DO YOU? Blacking out while on minocycline?

i've just started taking minocycline for acne on my face for two days. i also apply edpiduo cream on my face several minutes before i go to bed. i take one minocycline antibiotic when i wake up and another several hours before bed (since you can't lie down after taking it). i do eat a snack before each pill (my dermotologist requested i do so) and swallow it with plenty of water. this morning (the third day i will be on minocycline) i woke up with terrible stomach pains/nausea. i decided to get up after dealing with the pain by lying in bed for half an hour. i got up slow, looked in the mirror, saw i was extremely pale, and then blacked out. i managed to lie down before i completely lost my balance. once i laid down, the ringing in my ears was awful for several minutes. this has happened to me once before a while ago, but i wasn't on any antibiotics or anything. for now, i'm going to drink like a fish and still take the pill; however, if any new side effects occur, i'm calling my derm. i'm unsure wether the ringing in my ears (since that is a specific side effect listed on the bottle) or blacking out is from the drug, or if it's from some stomach bug. has anyone who took minocycline had this problem? thanks for your feedback!

I am trying to find a good hands on lesson plan on the concept of weight for first graders?

I am teaching summer school and it is first grade math. We are doing measurement this whole week and I would like to touch and do a very basic introduction on weight, however, I cannot find a good lesson plan that will work. Most lessons want you to have a balance scale, problem is, I don't have access to one. I thought about having various objects and having them guess which one would be heavier and then lifting them up to see if they were right, not sure how successful that would be. Turkey stuffing, cornbread, bread, or sausage stuffing? which do you make?

I go between regular bread and cornbread stuffing. This year is cornbread and for the first time I am making my own cornbread instead of buying pre packaged corn bread. The recipe seems pretty easy and then I will break it up and add onion, celery, pecans, egg and broth. I never made sausage stuffing.

Calm down. To tell you the truth, this diet is going to make you gain weight. You don't have enough calories in your day, especially if you view this as a splurge day. You're body is going to go into starvation mode and retain calories and fat in an attempt to keep you alive. You need to feed your body to be healthy.

Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, why is it grainy?

I love mint chocolate chip ice cream, it's one of my all time favorite flavors, and blue bell ice cream is one of my favorite brands. Tonight for the first time I got mint chocolate chip ice cream, and the ice cream is, well the best word I can describe it as is grainy. It's like there is sand in the ice cream, it is terrible. I also got butter pecan so I tried that is it is delicious no grainy texture at all. Is this the way the mint chocolate chip flavor is or did I get a bad batch!? I want to know to see if I can get a refund for it, either way I am gonna write to the company and complain.

Will vertigo symptom go away due to withdrawl from zoloft & lithium?

I am on zoloft and lithium for my depression/anxiety. I was not able to make it to my doctors appt. due to my schedule and financial issues (I didnt have anymore refills left). I am having horrible withdrawl symptoms such as: crying spells, anxiety, being sleepy, weak, nausea, vertigo, etc. Whats bothering me the most is the vertigo. I have trouble walking at times and I stumble a lot. I cant look side to side or up and down without my balance being thrown off. Its getting harder for me to function especially at work. Will these symptoms go away? If yes, how soon? I will be going back to my doctor soon. Please help. Thanks.

How to motivate myself into boxing training?

There is a boxing school here in town. Ive trained a bit in the philippines so i got balance and a few combinations under my belt. I really need some sparring experience-the teacher said hed not put me in with a guy who'd knock my head off the first day so im not worried about that. Ive got the money for the training and the time now on my hands-HOW DO I MOTIVATE MYSELF TO DO IT? I took some Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Karate when i was younger and have used them (defensively) so im a confident person (but not arrogant). I get my girls in thailand and Philippines so im really not motivated to get into the local mix-besides im a student and cant afford the ride or the crib at this point, I know that i should take advantage of this opportunity while im still young enough to take a punch. Okay so we recently moved into my grandmas house(she died in 2006, other people moved in but then moved out so we bought it) and a lot of creepy crap is happening. I have been a skeptic all my life and i have never believed in ghosts until now. Whenever i would watch a monster or ghost movie i would get bored because i knew it was fake(this started when i was 8).I'm 15 now and thinking completely different about the paranormal. From the second i walked in i felt like i was being watched, at first i brushed it off that all those restless nights packing had gone to my head. All the time though the feeling surrounds me. Sometimes its so intense i feel like i'm going to vomit. I see things out of the corner of my eye, like shadows or things in the mirror. Sometimes i will lose things and find then days later in a completely different place. I hears footsteps outside my door and voices as well. My dog, who has never done this before, stares at my bedroom wall when there is nothing there, he growls sometimes to. My cat refuses to come inside my house and has become an outdoor cat. I read something online that said to get a digital recorder and ask questions, so i went out and purchased one and did so. I got nothing so i turned it on and left the room. My mom and sister were out shopping and my dad was outside with a friend so i thought it was a perfect time to get evidence. I thought i wouldn't get anything, but when i reviewed the recording the was this weird humming, and towards the end this loud growl. It really scared me and made me question my own sanity. I'm currently trying to get it on my computer. My dad says he had nothing happen to him but that his sisters and his mom said the house was haunted but i thought he was just messing with me. But now i think different. I feel like asking his sisters about they're experiences but i don't want them to think i'm crazy. I think i should go to the library and search the history about the area and the house. My dad hasn't had anything happen to him, but my mom has. She said she sees shadows of people outside the window, and sometimes her door will fling open. The door is a heavy wooden door that's hard to open as is, so wind in not a way to debunk it. My sister who is 7 refuses sleep alone. She says there are people in her room. Really i want to know what to do, i can barely stand this stuff any longer! It makes me terrified to sleep in my own bed or be in my own room!

Keep up the protien and high calorie foods. Everyone's bodies react different to cancer. But in general the diet your dr suggested and what you feed your dad seem to be good.

Is eating processed food bad? Or regular food.?

Such as eating steak it has a lot of fat, BUT its animal meat. Does that have to do with anything bad? What about tuna? It has a lot of Cholesterol BUT its a fish thats not prosessed. What about pecan? It has tons of saturated fat, BUT its a nut, its raw and healthy and not processed.... does any of that affect weight, muscle gain, or health? would it affect people? would it affect me? im 14 male. 140 pounds, 65 inches tall.

Stop doing situps, not only the worst exercise ever, but working abs as a beginner or even an average bodybuilder is senseless. They are small muscles, that do a ton of work already, and have nothing to do with the location of belly fat. Too much pain, too little gain, and again you'll have another reason to quit. To develop the habit, it's so important to keep your exercise and dieting enjoyable ( and sensible). Think long term health, and all the many benefits that come with it. It's not that hard, you just have to get past short term, unreasonable thinking.

Interesting Guy Problem, Advice and Thoughts?

Okay, this is going to be long, but I really need truthful opinions from people who aren't my friends.. Alright so I met this guy in drivers ed during winter time lets call him Matt and me and him became super good friends and now were really close and i definitely consider him a best friend. I talk to him about everything! Anyways the other night we went ice skating together, and i had his phone while he was doing some weird trick and a friend called him, so I figured id just answer it.. so i did. Never knew this phone call would lead to such.. insaness. Well this guy was like hii ill call him Jeff, and im like hi.. and we talked for like 3 mins lol no big deal but then Matt came over and yanked the phone away and i was like whoops ha ha, but still we continued the night as normal, and at dinner matt told me that jeff was supposed to come with us but he got grounded.. so matt told me a little about him. He liked country music, they did cross country together, that the kid was super nice, blah bla bla.. I was like oh you'll have to invite Jeff to our next outing together. After that i drove home, and i was like well since jeff will be coming to our next outing together i might as well introduce myself. I found him on facebook and emailed him telling him next outing, grounded or not, we were dragging him along lol just in a joking way :P and we just started emailing more and found out we had SO MUCH IN COMMON. we both adore country, and we just get each other. That night he asked for my number, and I gave it to him thinking "hey new cool best friend, woo" I was pretty happy. Well me and Jeff started texting everyday, and talking more and more getting closer and closer, then came the pphone calls and one night he just told me he couldn't talk to me anymore. I was like WHAAA. like me and this kid had such a good relationship that i couldn't stand him saying that to me. I asked why and he told me he couldn't tell me much, just that him and Matt were in a fight and that he couldn't talk to me anymore.. and I was like no that's not happening i dont care what kind of fight you and matt are in , i dont want to be in the middle of it. Jeff told me we could keep chitchatting but only if i kept it a secret from matt and i was like alright.. so me and Jeff then webcammed for one night for like four hours, and we just were really flirty like we had been alot.. and it was just cute innocent stuff, getting to know each other (im only sixteen lol, so nothing serious) well when we hung up on webcam that night i came to realize i was developing feeling for this kid. alot.. and so me and him planned on meeting that thursday at the movies and his friend John was coming along with Matt and my two girl friends Alice and Joanne.. two nights before we went to the movies though I got a text from Matt saying he liked me alot and he couldn't control his feelings, and I did NOT feel the same way at all, like i just see him as a friend completely. So I told him that I dont feel the same and that I only see him as a best friend and i hope we can remain that way, and he seemed pretty upset so I sent him a text saying you know what who knows maybe one day in the future.. and I realized i should have never said that.. Jeff told me a few days later that Matt took that as a "i should keep trying then".. So on thurs. when I went to the movies it was so awkward.. I could barely talk to Jeff because I had to act like i didn't know him or else matt would get mad and at the movies i sat in between both of them and i just wanted to snuggle with jeff and matt kept trying to like touch me and i felt uncomfortable and i couldn't flirt with jeff at all, and i wanted him to know that i liked him.. and anyways afterwords we went for ice cream and stuff and were hanging out and Matt was in my footsteps ALL NIGHT. like everywhere i was he was too. EVERYWHERE. i couldn't talk to anyone all night, and i was getting so annoyed with him. Anyways, I took everyone home because I had my license and when i said bye to jeff i gave him a huge hug and was just like well that was an.. interesting night.. and he just shook his head and smiled.. i wanted to like cry, i was like so much for that guy)': anyways i went to McDonald's and got a mcflurry cause i needed to think things over and i decided to text him just apologizing that the night was awkward and that i hope next time wouldn't have to be like that and he texted me back your amazing, dint worry about it <3 and so i decided to tell him.. everything. Hair is wavier on one side of my head...?

My hair is somewhat wavy. It droops down like straight hair, but with a wavy view of it. Kind of like a caramel ocean wave. Forgive the analogy. Anyways, the right side of my hair (from a first person perspective) makes a wave at the end. The part that curls is the patch that covers the temple and is nearest to the bottom of my scalp. I find it odd that it is the only part that kind of curls at the tip. The rest isn't like that. I've cut it and regrown it and it still lies there... taunting me. It takes a bit of more effort to straighten that bit, and it kills any natural style ideas that conjure up in my head. Is this a genetic flaw? Best answerer will get fresh pecan muffins.

My neighbor is knocking my door?

She lived in the apt under us. Before we moved in to this place we told the owner we have a son. Like almost every night she knock on the door or window yelling at us in Spanish. Basically the current GOP/Teabag/Fox 'News'/Jesus freak party serves ONLY the interests of an ever smaller number of massive trans nationals. The trans nationals, except for 'brand names' are no longer American...they are almost nations themselves and their interests are not the American wage earner. They've moved on. China has over a billion consumers as does India. The US has 300 million consumers....that's why these companies are there. The US is at best a niche market. The trade rules put into place by the trans nationals have put the US at a disadvantage. A chinese worker makes $350.00 a month. No American could live on three times that and maintain a middle class existence. As this plays out the US worker will be poor, mostly jobless and living in a country not a lot different from Mexico. 5% of the population will own 95% of everything worth owning and the 95% will be coolies and peons. How do you deter dogs from eating hazardous pecan nuts fallen from the tree?

I have 4 dogs & have a fruiting pecan nut tree in their backyard enclosure. Although well fed the youngest dog has discovered parts of the nut are edible & now another of my dogs is showing interest in these potentially dangerous thin shelled nuts. The pecan is like walnuts, with the nut found in hard fibrous chambers inside. The sharply edged shell fragments are indigestible & the sharp shell of the nut can cause intestinal damage to dogs. How can I stop them getting a taste 4 these nuts? Any tips (other than get rid of the tree)? It produces too many nuts over several months to keep raked up. They come down with the wind at random..

Rainbow cupcakes are very fun to make. You get plain white mix and evenly divide it into seven ziplock bags - number of bags depend on colors and you can use bowls instead of bags, I just always use them. You add food coloring into each set of batter and pour them one by one into the cupcake pans. They look kind of weird from the outside but the rainbow looks better once you bite into them. They look best with white icing with the star shaped tip and rainbow sprinkles.

This activity may relate to a past resident of the house, do you know the history of the house. Sometimes people and even animals don't know they have passed over and will just keep going about their day as normal, mostly reenacting the last few hours of their lives, this is why it is repetitive activity. Talk to your neighbors and see if there is some history there. A person may not have had to pass in the house as such but may have lived there and passed elsewhere. i need help. my whole life, our family has joked about having a family curse. we are good natured and good hearted people that help others. it has been our experience that to be such kind people we suffer so much in life. illnesses, financial issues, love issues. i have always known that my grandfather was native american, you can see it in the photos. dark skin, dark hair 100% Cherokee. my sister tried to do a family tree but is unable to trace our lineage beyond our grandfather. my sister has said that when she was younger, our mother had a conversation with my grandfather and he told her that because of problems in the tribe and hard times during very racially tenuous times that he thought it would be best for the family to change his name in hopes of finding a job easier. that said, he requested of another Caucasian family to adopt him and his brother and take on their last name. my father refuses to believe that story, but my mother swears that my grandfather swore that he never told anyone especially his children what happened. he was born in the 1880's and times were harder and different then. i see the indian descent in my family members and my father says that he is sure his father was full blooded indian, which confuses me. i guess he doesn't want to believe that our lineage and heritage could be cast aside so haphazardly. i think it is a pride thing. while we still have a last name that stems from a name similar to a tribal name (profession linked, such as blacksmith, or taylor or boatswain) i don't see where it made a difference in helping but perhaps because it was the last name of a prominent and well known Caucasian family it was more easily accepted. my grandfather has long passed and my mother cannot remember what he said his original last name was. my sister and i believe that in doing so, my grandfather upset the spirits and have cast negative energy down the line. all who share his last name have suffered. many family members have committed suicide. in most cases they went from fine to crazed without any indication. the suicides were not telegraphed in any way. all were shocking and sporadic and without warning or justification. houses have burned, illnesses evolved. once my sister married, her luck has changed. her children lead a good life. for instance i have struggled all my life to become something, all that i wanted to do was difficult or unachievable, however, my nephew, who has different last name followed in my footsteps and is like a carbon copy of me. and his life has been an easy road. it is like he is what i should have been and the spirits have blessed him to show their anger. i would go into more detail, but i wish to keep some level of privacy because i don't want to risk losing the job i have now, or be frowned upon at work and thought to be crazy. if any one can offer advice or a solution it would be greatly appreciated. i have played music for disabled kids, given stuffed animals at christmas to sick and terminal children, have helped the homeless and many other charitable acts all done unselfishly and most done while still an innocent child. age 13-19. the homeless man that i made a care package for christmas was never seen again so that i could give it to him. we later learned that he got drunk and fell off the curb and was hit by a car and later died of his wounds. he was a classmate of my uncle. the same uncle was to marry and while his fiance was out shopping for a dress she was hit and killed by a bus. he never dated another woman out of his love for her. too many things are too coincidental to not have merit. but i have no knowledge in what to do to remove this curse or whatever it may be. i am doing this for my entire family and future generations and not as a selfish act. unfortunately the state that maintains records will not release any information about my grandfather. all i know is he is of a north carolina indian tribe and was well respected. but i am sure that once he turned his back on his heritage the tribe turned their back on him. his intentions were good because the tribe was gaining stigma for causing trouble and for being undesirables. he only did what he thought was right for his family and lineage. i am sure that if he knew the consequences he would have done differently. from what i know this is as accurate as i can explain to you in order to get the help i need. and i know that my grandfather was a great and kind man. for example if someone asked how was his wife and kid he would get insulted and ask them to leave saying that you do not disrespect my family. he would say my wife is fine and my children are fine. but i do not have kids. goats have kids. and all of my family that i was able to meet would give the shirts off their backs and never asked help from anyone. i guess other than my grandfather asking for the help at a fair shake on life.

Hello, I am a 13 year old male and I am currently about 5' 4", or maybe 5' 5". My dad is 6' 5", and my mom is 5' 6". I play basketball, and everyone else has passed me in height lately, so I am quite concerned. I share noticeable facial features with my dad, and I have followed in my dad's footsteps (trait wise) for most of my life. Last year or so, I was way taller than most people. Its summer and i have been sneaking out of my house almost every night around 3am i usually go to the park about 300 feet from here or a minute walk last week i snuck Out with a friend to the park while we were there we saw cars passing by normally and we saw a large white van and a friend joked about it being a rapist van i am 15 by the way later that night i came home at 5 am and noticed the SAME van parked infront of my house a little near the side with NO ONE in the van i didnt think tooo much about it so i walked into my backyard and opened my back door that i left open and now that i think about it the van might have been empyy because the person could have gone out to my yard and entered my house this was a week ago. Later that week i began taking my screen of my window and just jumping out and closing the window and blinds so if my parents walked in my room it would look normal so i snuck off to my girlfriends house 2 days ago and returned as i normally would but this time at 6 am and yesterday at around 2:30 am close to the time i sneak out i was sitting in my chair watching my bro play ps3 , my window was fully open but the screen was on it and the blinds were open so i could see outside and all of a sudden my brother says "do you hear that" me: no what. Bro: it sounds like someones walking into our backyard?. My heart dropped my chair was facing the window i got up and peered outside For 1 minute i heard a footstep every 5-7 seconds as if someone was trying to sneak up to my window i quiclky yelled "YEAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" outside to let them now i was there i guess? And locked my window and closed the blinds there was no one past my gate at the time from what i could see but i definetlly heard them :(( and later that same night my bro went to sleep and i heard a bang at my door and a couple seconds after that a sound of someone picking up a glass cup in the kitchen or something like that today about an hour ago its 3:25 am i heard a 2-3 small thuds in my hall THIS IS NOT A JOKE i am NOT TROLLING :( i seriously need a straight forward answer to this i am to scared to call the cops as it might make it worse i am scared for my life and my families life what do i do !? Dog has smelly/over active anal glands!?

I have a female (fixed) golden retriever/maybe irish setter mix, about two years old. She has a very strong anal gland odor, I empitied them once externally and they were very full but i used some pretty firm pressure. She goes a while without stinking but if she has any supplements and certain foods make them act up again. I feed her Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice L.I.D. So good food, also, I have been giving her a prune once a day- whole wheat bread if i want to. I gave her raw chicken as treat but i don't give her anything else really. Why is she so stinky??!! I don't know how to keep this from being so gross- i have read to try your best to get the glands to express on their own, it may cause more harm than good to express them yourself too often.

In Oct 2010 my husbands terminally ill uncle came to live with us. He was an odd character, spoke to himself... carried conversations with people we couldn't see (overheard him arguing, talking etc.) and we didn't really give much into it but my children started seeing shadows, hearing footsteps, and sometimes hearing things. After developing a pneumonia, he was hospitalized and passed away in April. Since then my children don't feel at ease, and I have a very difficult time sleeping. I'm not afraid by any means, but sometimes feel as if I'm being watched while in bed (only). My children always saw/heard things in the hallway which leads into my room... ironically, I do too. What is happening and why did it start even before he died? Mind you that he did not die in our home.

i'm 141 pounds. 15 year old girl. 5 feet. im already a member of a gym and have started exercising the past week...i'm doing. 3 days of 1 hour cardio (30 minutes treadmill 30 minutes elliptical) i generally lose 480 pounds on that day. 3 days 30 minute cardio (lose 200 calories) w/ strength training.. then one day of something just random..treadmill, yoga, kickboxing, whatever. i do scattered runs and i walk 30 minutes everyday. my diet is my weakness...thanks to the jugo juice right in my sports club. but i don't eat junk food and i'm trying to cut down excess sugar and fat.. i love trail mix w/ almonds, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, etc. tea..milk..salmon..i know how to eat healthy and i'll take it there. i'm aware i need to lose 3500 calories to lose a pound...and i'm looking about in the first 2/3 weeks i can lose 2/3 pounds each week...but it'll obviously get harder and there will be weaks i'll just lose 1 pound...i just want to know if it's in anyway possible for me to lose 20 pounds in 2 months in a healthy way. i am willing to exercise 2 hours a day if i have to but i will not cut down meals and such..i still am a growing teenager after all (:. thanks so much and please answer!

I live in the State of Maryland and Bank with BB&T. I believe they exercised their right to re-order withdrawals from the highest to the lowest amount, rather than chronologically. And may post withdrawals before posting deposits. The bank manipulated my account balance by re-ordering my withdrawals so that they can generate a higher number of overdrafts because I am Opted-In. I went to speak to them and they will not remove any of the overdraft fees and want me to pay all of them. This is unfair and unaffordable. I was wondering if it is possible to sue the bank under the Consumer Protection Act for unfair practices?

Leftover nuts in the yard? Then there are definitely more mice than the one you see. Anyway...I have had mice for pets as well. Big advantages: small rodent, small cage, can easily be hidden in a closed room if people are freaked out by rodents (especially if you are trying to date). Rats really need to be uncaged and handled more than mice. When they "nip" they obviously can inflict more damage than a mouse. Their cages also need to be cleaned often ---much like ferrets. Basically, the bigger the rodent, the more care, cleaning and responsibility. For their happiness, you will need a pair (same sex--girls are better). So me and my boyfriend arent the most careful we should be. I try to calculate when im fertile and at that time he doesn't finish inside me but we do not use condoms and on the days I dont think im fertile, he finishes, I know TMI, but its true. Now my last period was May 20th and I ovulated on the 1st or 2nd of June and we had sex on the 1st. now im bout 8 dpo and the tests say negative but I think I'm testing too early. Anyways 2 nights ago i felt nautious when going to bed. Today was very unusal. I had extreme cravings, which I didnt have for my 1st child. I needed a pecan pie and I needed it now! ate a huge bag of reeses mini and I dont even like those but i craved them aaallllll day. and plus I just ate other food all day like hamburgers and tuna steak. Dream of school and friends?

I dreamt I was sleeping on the couch and my best friend, tim, was patting my head and then he kissed me, I still remember how it felt. When I opened my eyes I wasn't with him, I was in school in the girls locker room and my friend courtney threw pants at me and told me to put them on. We went down two flights of stairs and met tim in the gym. It was weird cuz' half the gym was light and the other dark. Tim went to the light side and I got lost in the dark side, I got scared and ran to the nearest door. I ran through the halls and tried to find a way out. All the doors were locked. I heard footsteps and turned around and saw tim, he was soaked in water. He came to me and hugged me, he was freezing cold. We sat in the middle of the hall holding eachother as people walked around us. What does this mean?

Woke up to strange light figure in my room?

I woke up abruptly last night at around 2:30 am because I had gotten a text and the ringer was really loud under my pillow.. and im a light sleeper anyways, and right when i opened my eyes the first thing i saw was in the far corner of my room there were i'm guessing.. about 15 balls of light forming a perfect circle and inside were even smaller balls of light forming a smaller inner circle.. the big ones were i guess.. about a dimes size? my room is painted a dark color and i have complete black drapes, my room is in the back of the house, no street lights COMPLETE black room at night. it wasn't something i could have just .. seen because of opening my eyes from sleep.. because it wasn't just the circle figure.. it was actually bright enough to leave a glow in the corner of my room behind it... it was there for about 10 to 15 seconds and then.. gone it didn't fade it was just gone. every night sense i've had this room (for about 3 weeks now) i've felt different always like somethings there. always. i have two cats and they started meowing like crazy outside my room during and after the light was there.. honestly i don't know if this part has anything to do with it.. but the sequence of it all just is too strange to think it doesn't.. after the light went away my dad got up(which never happens in the middle of the night) and he went downstairs for a good ten minutes. he was completely silent.. no doors opened like the fridge or garage or anything no cupboards nothing no footsteps, and i just sat waiting for him to make a noise or anything.. and then i just heard him walking up the stairs. his beds really squeaky like real bad and you can tell if somebody sits on it or actually gets in it, and he just sat, at this point its all still pitch black in my house and then he gets up again and he goes over to my sisters door and stays there (mind you she has a friend sleeping over and their both obviously sleeping, so creepy) .. and then he went to bed. i asked him what he was doing last night and he was like what are you talking about? so idk could have been sleepwalking. the light part in my room was too organized and something other than a bunch of orbs, it was something else. im sure of it. i want to know what this all was.

Pet rats?? :) Advice please!?

I am going to get some new pets tomorrow. I have had mice before, and I have a mouse in my yard right now that I LOVE! I go out and feed it everyday even though it picked my yard because of my pecan trees and loves the leftover nuts. Mice are not common around where I live, or at least people won't admit it. So...mice or rats? Everything I have read says two female mice or two female rats are the best way to go. I'm going with the rats just because they are larger. Anything you can tell me....? They will be totally loved. :)

My lease is over. Can I still get "evicted"?

Pecan and walnut are what is different?

They are closely related and in recipes they are nearly interchangeable. Walnuts have a little 'bitterness' to them, which I think is nicer in something sweet like brownies or candy. Pecans are traditional for pralines, because they grow all through the South. And pecan pie. But you can do both of those with walnuts also.

What can I eat that is low in fat and calories at this resturant?

twice a week I go to a seafood restaurant for lunch with a client. what can i eat there that is low in calories. the only chicken they have for lunch is a grilled chicken and cranberry salad with pecans, the only beef they have is a 1/4 pound big hamburger. and the soup is clam chowder of course. but the rest of the things are fish and seafood and pasta.

Talk to a career counselor or advisor at your school or at the college. Research all kinds of different professions and once you narrow it down talk to people in those jobs. you will start to get a feel for where your interest lie. The real secret to finding the right career is just tons of research(but don't rely on that only) and like having people tell you about what they do and visiting them in their job(very insightful) etc. and getting a feel for if you would like a certain thing, in other words, taste testing different careers... you might visit someone and think "glad i found out how boring that job would be"..or "wow, this is me" ...in a way like ice cream, ...how do you know if you like a certain flavor.....only one way to find out.

Convincing parents to let you date?

This is different first off all, im using my friends e-mail. Anyways, im 13 and parents think im just heir "little girl" im the only girl, the middle child of 3 siblings. My older brother is 17 and has only had 2 girlfriends, his first one was this year. I think my parents want me to wait until im 17, but i just cant, im not going to follow in his footsteps. Ive already had a boyfriend, i just haven't told them. I want to be able to go out on actual dates with my boyfriend and not have to hide it from my parents.
