My neighbor is knocking my door?

She lived in the apt under us. Before we moved in to this place we told the owner we have a son. Like almost every night she knock on the door or window yelling at us in Spanish. The manager live next door she wasn't disturbed by us. Sorry we cannot afford a better apt. This building is old. Every little footsteps make this building shake or whatever. What the hell you know?! We lived here for almost a year. You want me to tape up my son and cage him stop him from running around or something? There was this one time she claimed we were making "noises" come up and knock on my door scared my son he was sleeping the whole time Omg! Any advice if this happen to you?
