What is this movie called?

So, there was this movie that came out quite recently (within 5? years) and it was about this girl and boy. They were in this city underground but the power kept going out cause it was meant to be temporary. I think the girl liked inventing or somethign, and her dad had liked it too before he died. So she followed in his footsteps and in the end she and the boy made it up to the surface. And there was a giant starnosed mole in there somewhere. I THINK it was called City of (something) but I don't really know...What's this movie called?!
