CHRISTIANS: If You Raise Your Children In a Godly Home, Will They Turn Out Godly?

It depends partly on upbringing and partly on the person. I was raised in a secular family and I'm now Christian. It also depends how it was enforced on the child. Some have bad experiences ( like mom and why she raised us secular) or a good experience.
