Will I lose weight? How much in two weeks?

Don't think so short termed, your setting yourself up for failure. This strict and low calorie diet, will also doom you, your brain will sense the defeciency and trigger your body to store more fat, at the same time your starving your muscle, not only won't it grow, but it will shrink, which will further limit your goal for controlling your weight, and when your brain feels pain ( as it surely will on this program) it will eventually ( usually within 6 weeks) lead you to quit, which will be easy, because you won't have the energy to keep going. SOOOOOO- give yourself a real chance. First things first, let the habit of health develop, the mind can override matter for only so long, then for all the reasons above it's just a matter of time until it fails and matter kicks in. Stop doing situps, not only the worst exercise ever, but working abs as a beginner or even an average bodybuilder is senseless. They are small muscles, that do a ton of work already, and have nothing to do with the location of belly fat. Too much pain, too little gain, and again you'll have another reason to quit. To develop the habit, it's so important to keep your exercise and dieting enjoyable ( and sensible). Think long term health, and all the many benefits that come with it. It's not that hard, you just have to get past short term, unreasonable thinking.
