Oh my gosh! I think I am haunted!?

At my dorm in college I think I am haunted. I hear footsteps outside by door at night. I hear voices of people through the walls. Especially in winter, when I go outside or open by window I feel my temperature drop, indictating a ghostly prescence. It's so scary. What should I do?
