I have had many things happen?

In our house for years.. tv going on and off, radio doing the same.. we have heard footsteps on the deck and no one there. the dog and cats have acted weird sometimes, I lost my diamond ( in the house) two years ago we replaced it and 3 weeks ago after taking it off for a shower I couldn't find it. we looked everywhere and today I walked into my bedroom and it was sitting on the nightstand..ok, do we have a ghost?
