Is it me hearing things or being haunted?

So if your house is new then it couldnt be anyone that was from the dead because thats happend to me but it was someone from the dead because my grandmas house was very old so it turns out that maybe the first time someone had an accident but maybe the 2nd time you freaked a little and sounds are rushing threw your mind and if this becomes that there touching you or your seeing people than you have to ask for help.
