What's a cute dress for me?

i am short, hav black hair n im lighter than tan so i know what you mean. to make your legs look longer use a shorter dress....3 or 4 inches above your knee. you might want to try some heels to elongate your legs a lil more. if you do go with the knee level dress do wear heels. if by "fluff" you mean your a bit chubby you might want some dresses with ruffles. get the ruffles in your problem areas(love handles, boobs if you are not big chested or bottom of dress by your thighs/knees) hope i helped.
