Am i allergic to walnuts?

i had some of this dip for passover which had walnuts, dates, apples and cinnamon in it twice today. the first time i didn't notice anything that happened but i just had it again a half hour or less ago and my teeth hurt and my lip is swelling on one side? i remember having a mild allergic reaction to pecans before and im wondering if i could be allergic to walnuts too? plus there are walnut trees all over the area i live in and i have terrible outdoor allergies!
