What do you think my idea?

Okay so when I'm older I want to work in the UN as an IT person. My mum already works in the UN as an IT programmer and I want to follow in her footsteps and I am also interested in the same things. I go to a high class private internation school which follows the IB. I want to go to a very good university and end up working in the UN. Do you think I will have more of a chance because of the school I go to? I know I am still young and I may change my mind but I'm just wondering. Thanks :)
