Do you think my house is haunted?

Ok before you judge me and go anti ghost trolling on me know I have been tested and am mentally stable. Anyways something paranormal happens almost every day. It is only me and mom in the house and she works 60 hours a week. The most creepy thing that happens is at about exactly 4.06am I always wake up and feel something on my bed (I can feel there is weight on my bed like someone is sitting on the end of it also you can see the indent on the bed. There are other things too you will get a random whiff of smoke (no one smokes at my house) You will hear weird noises like doors slamming and footsteps. Also when the door is closed sometimes in the office or my room you will see the shadow of someone standing right by the door then it moves ( I have no pets) You also get creepy vibes all the time like someone is watching you. I will make my bed go to starbucks come home and my bed is unmade (no one was home and we have a alarm system) We use to have a house keeper 3 years ago and she quit her job saying "I will never go in that evil house Again" giving us no other explanation. so what do you think is my house haunted?
